My secret weapon for seeing the world on a budget: Next Vacay

...and I used it to book a $580 round trip flight from Atlanta to Sydney, Australia

I'm Heather, a realtor in Augusta, GA.

You guys, I consider myself a practical traveler.

When it comes to adventures and experiences, I never want to cut corners. The budget option is not for me when I’m doing a jeep tour through the Serengeti or in a cage diving with great white sharks. But when it’s flights, I won’t buy unless I know I’m getting a great deal.

For finding those flights, Next Vacay is a game changer. It’s such an incredible service that has completely transformed the way I travel. Below is a review of the service, so you know exactly how to use it to get astonishing flight deals.

Just to be clear, I am a paying member of Next Vacay, have used it multiple times, and love it which is why I am sharing this with you today.

Before I share about what Next Vacay does, I want to let you know who would love it:
  • Frequent travelers who can never seem to get a good deal from their frequent flier miles
  • People who want travel hacking prices but can’t be bothered spending hours doing the “hacking,” opening multiple credit cards, and tracking spending on those cards
  • People who get excited about trips and book trips on the spot without doing much research because you just want to get out there
  • People who can travel with a couple of months notice

All of these points describe me to a refreshing, sweet-T. I don’t want to plan, but I don’t want to book a last minute flight for tomorrow. I want travel hacking prices, but I don’t want to spend my free time finding flights.

Next Vacay was created by my friends, Naveen and his wife Shaylee, who live here in Georgia.

In their spare time, they invented a software program which they used to search hundreds of airfare sites to find cheap flights. They would tell it where they live, and then it would automatically identify the closest airports, and then begin searching for insane flight deals to exciting, cool destinations. When a flight price dropped below a certain level, they would get automatic alerts from their system. That year they began traveling way more and making all of their friends (including me) jealous.

In 2015 Naveen told me that they flew to India roundtrip for $300 each and Barcelona roundtrip for $600 each. I was floored.

But then later that year he told me that he figured out how to get business class tickets to Italy for $1500 for his father-in-law's 80th birthday. That's unheard of. I told them they they need to start helping their friends (cough cough!).

You see, I’ve known Naveen and Shaylee for years. We’ve spent many wine-fueled nights discussing our travel dreams together, which is why when the Next Vacay system was ready to go, they shot me a text.

“Hey, you want to try this out?”

Within a few weeks, I got an email alerting me to a flight to Australia for $580, round trip. For years, I’ve envisioned going to Australia and holding a koala. I knew there were other things to do, but for some reason, this was at the top of my bucket list. I called my friend Nicky and asked if she wanted to come. The next day we booked our tickets.

Check out the $300 round trip deal Naveen got to India!

Now, I’ll tell you more about the Australia trip another time, but for now what you need to know is that this flight was not anything special for Next Vacay.

Because of Next Vacay some of my friends were booking deals so that they could go

  • Wandering around Paris for $425
  • Ice-climbing in Reykjavik, Iceland for $278
  • Exploring Italy for $378
  • Watching the world’s best sunset on the stunning Greek island of Santorini for $393

Then after they launched publicly, it took off. The deals kept coming, word got out. They got covered in Time Magazine and have been on the news and now they've got like 20+ people on their team!

How Next Vacay Works:

  • You put in your airport nearest to you (only US, Canada, Europe, & Australian airports).
  • Sign up for the 30 day free trial.
  • Start receiving emails from nearby airports at cheap prices! The prices they provide you are all round-trip.
  • Read the instructions they give you to book directly with the airline. This is a special part of Next Vacay because booking direct makes life way easier if a flight is delayed or canceled.
  • If you like it after a month, you pay the $25 annual fee. I’ll say that again, you pay the annual fee of $25. I’ve been telling Naveen this price is ridiculously low for how amazing Next Vacay is, but he won’t raise the price for some reason.
  • And if you don’t find a deal you like in 6 months, you can ask for your money back, no questions asked. You seriously cannot lose with this service.

Why is this so crazy?

Gosh. There are a million reasons.

But the best is that you’re saving hundreds of dollars per flight (and often thousands per flight).

The second best? You don’t have to do any work.

Some people spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find flights as cheap as the ones Next Vacay sends to you on a daily basis.

And to get the deals, you don’t have to open new credit cards.

Or create special flight alerts.

Or up for secret flight newsletters that send you hundreds of emails with flights that are entirely irrelevant to your life.

The craziest bit of all.. If you don’t find a deal you like in 6 months, you can ask for your money back, no questions asked.

Look at the deals in my inbox

You can see how personalized the emails are as well. I live in Augusta, GA which is between Atlanta and Charlotte. Augusta has its own airport so I get deals from all nearby cities automatically!

It's awesome that they send domestic deals too because sometimes I have just enough time off for a weekend trip and want a getaway.

When you click into the email they tell you when the deal works and explain how to book directly with the airline.

Most importantly, I love that they send deals that make sense. They aren't last minute, they work over weekends, and most of the time they work over the holidays.

and it's working for a ton of people... Here are some posts from other members on Facebook:

K, back to me...

Why I love it

This one deal to Australia let me check off a continent from my bucket list. I never thought I'd get to go so early in life.

I grew up in one of those families that was always moving around. As a kid we used to take family trips to Alaska where we’d rent an RV and roam around, catching our dinner each night and spending time around a campfire. I love exploring the world. I don’t care to waste my time behind a computer trying to figure out travel hacking. I’ve got my travel credit cards, and I’m signed up for the airline and hotel reward programs, but that’s about all the work I’m willing to put into it.

I imagine you feel the same way. Maybe points and hacking are fun for you, but I’m guessing spending time with family and friends is more fun.

Simply put, Next Vacay is the best solution I’ve found for finding great flights.

They only send flight deals when they’ve found a flight that they’ve verified is a great deal. They have real people reviewing the flight, so you’re not getting a “deal” that only saves you $50 or requires you to transfer through 3 airports. The reviewers also make sure the deals make sense. Some airlines and flight services do send out flight deals, but almost every time I find myself thinking “wow this flight to Tulsa at 3 AM tomorrow is only $100... pretty cheap for the 5 people on the planet who want that!” With Next Vacay, they’re sending flights you’d be happy to take.

In the last week alone I got flights from Atlanta to Zurich for $475, Amsterdam for $425, and Hawaii for $375. And each email has the itinerary and explains how to book through Google Flights.

I'm so thankful for this service, because my friends and I have gotten amazing flight deals thanks to their email alerts, and I will continue to use their great service.

If you want to travel in the future, I highly recommend taking advantage of Next Vacay’s service, so you can start getting their phenomenal flight deals.

The yearly membership is affordable at only $25, and the membership cost is more than paid for by the savings provided from just ONE of their flight deals for your future trips.

BONUS: Because I'm friends with Naveen, when you sign up via my review here, you will receive a free upgrade to be sent business class deals for your first three months!

I want these flight deals!
